Well as an Indonesian i would just not care and block the people that uses a motorcycle on the bike lane.... Cause they always say "the person in front of me is doing it... I'm just following" Idc... If you're late... It's a bike lane for a reason, i also purposely slow down my bike, if they're mad i would just say "go ahead... Call the police... What they gonna do? " But i don't recommend foreigners to do this though.... Cause I'm used to dumb people around here that thinks rules only applied when there's police.
